Personnel Resources

The HR Department of the SCGC administrative division is dedicated to making sure our staff and their families are safe, healthy and happy. This includes overseeing payroll services, ongoing staff training, health services, housing facilities, transportation, on-site family education programs and personnel safety and job education.

Our staff are our most valuable assets and we have spared no expense to make sure that Isla Panadera is a safe and enjoyable workplace for all! In opening this facility our company has combined work and home routines with a resort-like atmosphere to foster the personal and mental health of all.

Despite incidents at our competition’s facilities on nearby islands, confidence in our company has made the new Genetics headquarters the most desired assignment within the Summerlee-Challenger Genetics Corporation.  For much of the year even many of our company executives stay in the new central building and enjoy the resort-like amenities of the main complex.  Scientists and other personnel have been placed on waiting lists as more of the complex is being constructed and plans for expansion are already being drawn.

Besides the fantastic scenery and tropical climate, staff are attracted by the luxury pool and spa, recreational facilities, and fully modern mall complete with popular clothing, decor’ and entertainment stores, theaters, and food establishments ranging from licensed fast food to a fine dining experience.

Currently Isla Panadero boasts a population of 566 semi-permanent residents. This number is constantly growing as are the services provided by Personnel Resources!
