With a similar body shape to the Spinosaurus, of which it is in the same family, Baryonyx is an equally intense looking creature although only reaching 3/5 the size and missing the sail. The name means “Heavy Claw” in reference to the large curved “thumb” claws on each hand which could be up to a foot long. Their bottom jaw ends in a spoon like indentation perfect for scooping fish out of water, while the top of their long, flat head sports a single spike on the center, between the eye ridges.

Like Spinosaurus, Baryonyx are semi-aquatic, most of their diet consisting of fish, although they can survive on red meat. Because of this, our assets are provided with modified implants that provide a faint electrical shock that grows stronger the farther from the island they travel, a training impulse to prevent escape. The tranquilizer will release and force drowning at 50 miles from a signal beacon in order to prevent escape.
