Administration on Isla Panadero consists of both corporate and facility levels of management and oversight.

Executive Leadership

Several members of the executive board reside on Isla Panadera for much of the year due to its resort-like atmosphere, while others live in the United States and remotely attend meetings from the company offices there.

The executive officers and directors are responsible for the direction and operations of the company as a whole and maintain uniform operations and goals throughout facilities in Costa Rica, the United States and Europe.

CR Facility Leadership

Operations on Isla Panadera are overseen by facility management and supervisors assigned over each division. Company President & CEO Michael Summerlee is directly involved in oversight of these operations as an active member of complex management.

Answering directly to Mr. Summerlee is the Safety & Security Department Supervisor. The Personnel Resources Manager, Science Division Manager, Assets & Resources Manager and External Affairs Manager all answer to the Executive Board on most decisions and Mr. Summerlee on day-to-day operational matters.
