A common duck-billed (Hadrosaur) type dinosaur, corythosaurus is recognizable by its flat bill and the flat vertical crest atop its head formed by unique nasal passages. It has been widely developed in various tests and can often be seen grazing in the grass and grain fields of the island.

Like other Hadrosaurs, Corythosaurus is covered in a layer of shield like scales, except on its legs and face where more pebbly scales exist. They have an estimated lifespan of approximately 45 years.
