Administration on Isla Panadero consists of both corporate and facility levels of management and oversight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive Leadership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Several members of the executive board reside on Isla Panadera for much of the year due to its resort-like atmosphere, while others live in the United States and remotely attend meetings from the company offices there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The executive officers and directors are responsible for the direction and operations of the company as a whole and maintain uniform operations and goals throughout facilities in Costa Rica, the United States and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CR Facility Leadership<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Operations on Isla Panadera are overseen by facility management and supervisors assigned over each division. Company President & CEO Michael Summerlee is directly involved in oversight of these operations as an active member of complex management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Answering directly to Mr. Summerlee is the Safety & Security Department Supervisor. The Personnel Resources Manager, Science Division Manager, Assets & Resources Manager and External Affairs Manager all answer to the Executive Board on most decisions and Mr. Summerlee on day-to-day operational matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
